Mutahi Ngunyi Urges Uhuru/Ruto To Arrest And Hang Raila Odinga Immediately He Swears Himself As The President On Tuesday
Renowned political analyst, Mutahi Ngunyi, has called for the arrest of National Resistance Movement leader, Raila Odinga, who is currently in Zanzibar enjoying his holiday.
In his weekly analysis on K24 on Sunday, Ngunyi called for the arrest of Raila Odinga for allegedly inciting Kenyans to violence.
Ngunyi singled out last Friday’s chaotic scenes witnessed in Nairobi during Mr Odinga’s grand return from abroad. At the time, the former Prime Minister was expected to address a political rally at Uhuru Park.
“Unless Raila is governed by super natural laws out there, Uhuru should just arrest him.”
“One he should charge him with incitement to violence and the Friday mayhem should be summoned to back this up,” Mutahi said.
He further cautioned the Opposition against swearing in Raila, contending that the ODM party leader is already done politically.
“Number two, should Raila attempt to swear himself in, he should be charged with high treason… Raila is a bully, and all bullies thrive in spaces where authority is weak,” he said.
